Ice Cream Bread

Don’t think about it too hard. Just trust and enjoy!
2 cups ice cream of choice
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
This is amazingly simple!
Soften ice cream and place in bowl with flour.
Mix until a smooth, biscuit-like dough forms.
Pat into pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350*F for 40 minutes.
Lift from pan and let cool.
